Commercial ComplianceThe Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on September 30, 2026, issued a notification regarding the extension of the Minimum Import Price (MIP) condition for specific items covered under Chapter 29 of ITC HS, 2022, Schedule -I (Import Policy).

The following has been stated: -

•Minimum Import Price (MIP) @ USD $ 111 per Kg on Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) value, imposed on import of ATS-8 {(4R-Cis)-1,1-Dimethylethyl-6 cyanomethyl-2,2-dimethyl-1-3- dioxane-4-acetate} under ITC (HS) Codes 29329990, 29339990, 29333990, 29321990, 29349990, 29420090, 29189990, 29159099, 29163990 and 29225090 has been extended for the period up to November 30, 2026.
